Merat Architects prepared the building works documentation for the upgrade of electrical infrastructure at the Clayton Campus of Monash Health.

This is a substantial infrastructure undertaking to prepare the Hospital for future expansion.

The new enclosure was required to be built over the top of the existing electrical plantrooms which was never envisaged in the original master plan for the Hospital. As a result careful consideration to the management of additional weight and waterproofing was essential in the design and material selection
